Wholesale 700 Flat is a service of Eutelia aimed to Internet Service Providers and national and local Carriers who dispose of the ministerial authorization for provision of Data and/or Internet services to the public. (leg.decree 259 of 01/08/2003), and who intend to acquire services of internet traffic gathering through dialup connections (PSTN/ISDN), using one single number on the national territory for all calls (code 700), in order to distribute them to their own final Customers.

This service allows the Provider to supply an internet connection service to its own final users and to bill it himself, according to the connection time (postpaid or reloadable prepaid) or to monthly fees (Flat offer).

The Provider acquires the necessary ports from Eutelia, paying monthly fees independently from developed traffic minutes, for the Internet access of his final users from all over the country. The contractualized ports are not linked to single phone districts, but they are dynamically allocated on the national territory. The contractualized number of ports represents the maximum number of users who can access the service contemporarily. The Provider will be responsible for the level of concentration of ports/users in function of the service quality he wants to provide to his own final users.
